This lake side home in Charlotte North Carolina was in need of an update and new circulation plan. The new owner wanted a new kitchen, living room, and two new bathrooms...one with a steam shower. We decided to celebrate it's location and chose one of the client's artworks as our color inspiration. An updated marble fireplace, new custom kitchen with an island,  desk looking out to the view, and all new furnishings were just what this tired colonial needed to bring it into this century.
